Fresh Fruity Flavor - You'll taste the delicate, sweet flavor of lychee fruit, crisp club soda, tart lime, and cooling mint. This is the best lychee mojito recipe and the perfect libation for summer refreshment.
Fun fact: the mojito was my first cocktail ever in life, so I love putting unique spins on it, like my pineapple coconut mojito, matcha green tea mojito, spiced ginger mojito, hibiscus mojito, and sweet tea mojito!
What You'll Need for this Recipe

Lychees--fresh, canned, or even frozen will work, however, I prefer and recommend canned for this recipe so that you can use the lychee-infused syrup, too. If you don't have that, though, you can use simple syrup or a zero-sugar sweetener instead.
White Rum, also called light rum or silver rum, is the original spirit for mojito making. However, you can use whichever expression you prefer--I'm a dark rum kinda girl.

Substitutions & Variations
Club Soda is just (artificially) sparkling water with added minerals, so you can substitute with sparkling water or mineral water if needed. To get that crispness of club soda, add a pinch of sea salt and baking soda!
Lime Juice is a classic mojito ingredient, best from fresh-squeezed limes, but you can use concentrated lime juice or even other citrus juices, including sour orange and lemon, in a pinch.
Frozen - Toss all the ingredients into a blender (with a lil' extra ice) to turn this into a blended lychee-jito drink.
Mocktail Recipe - Use a zero-proof rum spirit alternative to make this a "no-jito." Want more delicious virgin drinks with lychee? Check out my lychee iced tea and lychee pineapple mocktail, too!
