❤️ Why You'll Love this Recipe
Quick and Easy - Even if you're mixing several servings of Easter cocktails for a crowd , you only need five minutes to make it! So it's no sweat to add to your Easter menu.
Unique Flavor - This ain't your run-of-the-mill cocktail. You'll taste delicate herbal and vegetal notes enhanced with juicy tropical fruit and a lil' touch of tartness. As an Easter drink for adults, it's complex, delicious, and easy to drink.
I love mixing up batched cocktails and punch recipes to make hosting easier on me. This also gives my guests a chance to play with their food and make their drinks exactly the way they want them. Check out my Hennessy punch recipe, pomegranate mocktail punch, and coconut iced tea next!
What You'll Need for this Recipe

Carrot Juice gives this cocktail a pretty orange color and keeps it from being too sweet. Grab a bottle of carrot juice from the store or make it fresh in your juicer.
Lemon Juice from a fresh-squeezed lemon is best in this drink, but you can use concentrated lemon juice from a bottle, if need be. Lime juice, grapefruit juice, or sour orange juice can also work!
Thyme Syrup adds sweetness and cooling herbal flavor to this drink. I recommend using my easy homemade thyme honey syrup for the best taste.

Substitutions & Variations
Liquor - I make this cocktail with vodka because it has a neutral flavor but the flavor profile of this drink actually works with several different spirits like gin, tequila, and rum.
Bubbles - Use any unflavored sparkling water or mineral water you like from whichever brand is available to you. Topo Chico, La Croix, Pellegrino, and Perrier or even a store brand all work. Or you can substitute the water with Prosecco, Champagne or the sparkling wine of your choosing.
Zero-Proof- If you want to make your Easter drinks non-alcoholic, just omit the vodka or use a spirit-free vodka alternative to keep it light. Check out my spring thyme mocktail or Jamaican-style carrot juice, too!
How to Make Easter Cocktails in a Pitcher

- Step 1: Add the juices, alcohol, and syrup to a pitcher or punch bowl with ice and stir until combined.

- Step 2: Pour the liquid into a glass over fresh ice, then top up with sparkling water.

- Step 3: Garnish with a lemon twist and sprig of mint leaves--that look like bunny ears!
Pro Tip #1
Pick mint leaves that are large and perky. They'll look like rabbit ears and create a cute, fun Easter bunny cocktail vibe.
