❤️ Why You'll Love this Recipe
Quick and Easy - You only need five minutes to craft this fall apple mocktail, and the ingredients are pretty simple. No pro level technique is needed, but you should peep my pro tips for the most flawless results!
Best Fall Flavor - I'm talking crisp autumn apples, fresh picked pears, warming cinnamon, and bright citrus. It tastes crisp and refreshing like a cool fall breeze in the middle of an orchard.
👉🏾 I have plenty of festive fall drinks for you to sip on all season: spiced pear cider, honey pumpkin chai latte, spiced mocktail for Thanksgiving, cranberry apple Moscow mule, autumn spiced gin and tonic, and caramel apple cider with bourbon!
What You'll Need for this Recipe
Sparkling Apple Cider adds the effervescence and fruity apple flavor. Use whichever brand you like. And if you need to use still cider or apple juice instead, just cut it with sparkling water!
Pear Nectar or pear juice for another layer of autumnal flair. Either fresh-pressed or from concentrate work very well.
Cinnamon Syrup provides sweetness and cozy spice to the mix. I recommend using my homemade cinnamon simple syrup for the best taste.
Apple Cider Vinegar balances everything out so the drink is not too sweet and has a nice lil tang to it. This ain't a one-note drink!

Substitutions & Variations
Sweetener - You can use other sweeteners in this recipe if you don't have access to cinnamon syrup, including your favorite zero sugar option. I still recommend using something spiced, though, like ginger honey syrup.
Juices - If you can't get pear juice, you can add apple juice instead. The flavor won't be the same but will be similar.
Shameless plug: You'll want to mix up a pitcher of margarita mocktails next!
How to Make the Best Fall Mocktail
- Step 1: Thinly slice up fruits for your garnishes.
- Step 2: Add the orange juice, pear nectar, cinnamon syrup, and apple cider vinegar to a cocktail shaker over ice.
Pro Tip #1
If you don't have a cocktail shaker, you can stir up the ingredients in another glass, then pour the liquid through a strainer.
- Step 3: Shake up the ingredients then strain into a glass over fresh ice.
- Step 4: Top up the glass with sparkling apple cider.
Pro Tip #2
For aesthetic, I recommend placing an apple slice into the glass before adding ice so that it stays in place as you drink.
- Step 5: Garnish and serve!
Frequently Asked Questions
You can combine all the ingredients except the sparkling cider and chill them in the fridge until you're ready to enjoy. Then just add the ice and apple cider, and you'll be good to go.
To large batch this drink, add one cup sparkling apple cider, one cup pear nectar, one cup orange juice, three ounces cinnamon syrup, and three ounces apple cider vinegar to a pitcher over ice and stir until chilled. Serves four to five people.
How to Serve
Serve these fun fall themed mocktails ice cold with as many seasonal garnishes as you like! This drink is perfect for drinking on the patio or turning into a punch to sip with friends around the bonfire.
I like to use slices of orange, apple, and pear because they add the beautiful colors of changing fall foliage to the sparkling cider mocktail. And you can freeze your fruit slices so they keep your drink cold without watering it down.
Whole spices are another great garnish, specifically cinnamon sticks because they add extra razzle dazzle visually AND greet your nose with cozy aroma as you sip.
