  • Add pear nectar, orange juice, cinnamon syrup, and apple cider vinegar to cocktail shaker filled halfway with ice.
  • Seal and shake until chilled to the touch (about 10 seconds). Strain the liquid into highball glass over fresh ice.
  • Top up with sparkling apple cider.
  • Garnish with orange slice, pear slice, apple slice, and cinnamon stick then serve cold.

Notes

To Make the Cinnamon Syrup
  1. Add one cinnamon stick (or two teaspoons ground cinnamon), 1 ½ cup brown sugar, and one cup water to a small saucepan over medium heat and stir until dissolved.
  2. Bring the mixture to a boil then remove it from heat and steep until cooled.
  3. Strain out any solid pieces and transfer the cooled syrup to a container to store. Makes 18 servings.
Preparation
You can combine all the ingredients except the sparkling cider and chill them in the fridge until you're ready to enjoy. Then just add the ice and apple cider and you'll be good to go.
To large batch this drink, add one cup sparkling apple cider, one cup pear nectar, one cup orange juice, three ounces cinnamon syrup, and three ounces apple cider vinegar to a pitcher over ice and stir until chilled. Serves four to five people.
