Contrary to popular belief, I don't cook every day. Or even every other day, actually. In an ideal week, I meal prep on Sunday afternoon then munch my own delicious creations all week long. But I have a full-time job, family on the other side of town, passion projects, a full fitness routine, and a social life. I get busy. And like most people, I sometimes just want to eat...but don't want to cook. Most of the time, I try not to let that lead me to fast food. Today's post is a collection of my favorite Houston healthy restaurants (some chains included) and other local spots that I hit up for delicious, healthy menu options. Refer to this when you don't feel like cooking and want to treat yourself in a healthy way.
