The day is finally here! Seven weeks of planning, DIYing, and sourcing resulted in the dining room reveal you see here today. Way back in week one, I shared the mood board for this room. I have slightly tweaked some of the original elements since then but stayed true to the modern, neutral, and feminine feel I was going for.
In weeks two and three, I knocked out a couple of DIY projects: faux fur seat covers for the ghost chairs and an accent wall with glamorous wallpaper. The accent wall directly opposes the front-door entrance to my home and I love the visual impact it makes when you first walk in.

The finishing touches added during this last week have brought the room together and finally made it worthy of the gatherings I have planned for the holiday season.

- Derouen Dining Table

I really like the light fixture and the fox fur on the seats. Did the color on the walls change from gold to gray? Looks good
