Stay on top of your grownup correspondence with stationery for the modern girl--from bridals & babies, to #girlboss, to hostess with the mostest.
Thank you to Basic Invite for sponsoring this post. As always, all opinions are my own.
I touched on the importance of thank you notes in my housewarming post and am going to go a little deeper today with the reasons why as well as how easy (and gorgeous) Basic Invite makes having your own personalized stationery. In my ideal world, everyone would have signature correspondence but I think it is particularly useful if you're a #girlboss, hostess with the mostest, or someone who finds joy in the little, sentimental things.
Hostess with the Mostest
Basic Invite makes it really easy to mind your Ps and Qs in everyday correspondence with simple stationery that is polished but still playful, in my opinion. I picked out the Garden Watercolors, Bold Hello Foil, Circle Monogram, and Kraft Frame business stationeries for everyday notes and the Painted Wash business stationery for thank yous. I love them all but I think the Garden Watercolors is my favorite. Something about the words "from the desk of" just make you feel official. The pink and green color scheme doesn't hurt, either. π For more special occasions (like the Christmas party I'm already planning!), the party invitation maker makes the process breezy.
Bridals & Babies
I'm currently in the bridesmaid stage of life and, while none of my friends have been bridezillas (so far), I understand the value of minimizing stress on the bride. I think some of Basic Invite's services like free address collection and custom samples do just that! I'm also in the auntie stage of life, which means hosting baby showers and planning kids birthday parties.
#Girlboss
Personalized notes have come in handy for me in my corporate worker bee life and in building my own business. These days, most of us don't follow up with handwritten notes after interviews and it's one of those things that recruiters always remember! I've seen both sides of this as an HR professional and a prospective candidate. As an entrepreneur, branding is particularly important and mainly communicated visually. From business cards to envelopes and stationery, your brand message should be consistent and memorable, which is where Basic Invite comes in almost unlimited colors and over 40 different colors of envelopes. I will be taking advantage of the ability to upload my own logo or photo very soon. π
Since I am always one for a deal, Basic Invite currently has 15% off everything with code "15FF51". Thanks for reading!

I rarely ever use stationary. However, when I do, it's the super cheap kind from the dollar store. Nothing wrong with it, but it's very generic. This stationary would be perfect to have put up to use on special occasions. Love how sophisticated it looks.
