Ingredients

For the Fruit Salad

  • 3 peaches
  • 3 plums
  • ¼ pound cherries
  • ½ pint strawberries
  • 10 ounces blueberries

For the Fruit Salad Dressing

  • 2 tablespoons raw honey
  • 3 limes
  • 12-15 mint leaves

Instructions

  • Wash and prepare the fruit: Cut peaches and plums into one-inch pieces. Pit cherries and cut into halves. Hull and slice strawberries.
  • Add all fruit to a large bowl. Set aside.
  • Finely chop mint leaves. Add to a small bowl with honey and lime juice.
  • Stir vigorously to combine all ingredients until the consistency is thin enough to swirl.
  • Pour dressing over mixed fruit and toss until fruit is evenly coated.
