Juicy berry mimosas with a twist of refreshing mint are perfect for brunch at home!
Print Recipe
- 2 sprigs fresh mint
- 8 ounces strawberry nectar chilled
- 10 ounces champagne chilled
- 2 strawberries fresh or frozen
Tear off two mint leaves and rub them together to release oils. Drop one leaf into each champagne glass.
Pour four ounces strawberry nectar into each flute.
Top up each glass with champagne.
Garnish with mint sprigs and strawberries, if desired. Serve immediately.
Can I make these mimosas ahead of time? No, because of the bubbles in the champagne, you don't want to mix mimosas in advance.
Batching for a Crowd
This is an easy elegant mimosa recipe for bridal showers or a birthday brunch and can be batched for a crowd. Slap and rub three sprigs of fresh mint and drop them into a pitcher. Pour in four cups of strawberry nectar then two bottles of champagne. Stir everything up and serve up to eight!
