Easy, tender shredded chicken tacos made in a slow cooker

- 5 pounds boneless skinless chicken breast or thighs
- 3 cloves garlic chopped
- 1 sliced jalapeno
- 1 sliced hatch chile
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- sea salt and black pepper to taste
- corn or flour tortillas
Add all ingredients to a slow cooker and set on high for 4 hours or low for about 6 hours.
Once cooked through, use two forks to "shred" chicken.
Serve with your choice of tortillas and fixins such as fresh jalapeno, cheese, onion, and lime juice
