  • Prep your Ingredients: Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Spray sheet pan with non-stick oil and set aside. Cut sweet potato, apple, and sausage patties into one-inch chunks.
    1 pound sweet potatoes, 1 apple, 1 pound pre-cooked sausage
  • In a bowl, toss diced sweet potato with olive oil and smoked paprika until evenly coated. In another bowl, toss diced apple with cinnamon and nutmeg until evenly coated.
    1 tablespoon olive oil, 1 teaspoon smoked paprika, sea salt, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
  • Roast the Hash: Spread sweet potato, apple, sausage, walnuts, and raisins onto prepared sheet pan in a shallow layer, then place into the oven to bake for 30-40 minutes or until sweet potato is tender and sausage is golden brown. Serve warm.
    ½ cup raisins, ¼ cup walnuts
