Equipment

Ingredients

  • 3 ounces whiskey
  • 2 ounces raspberry liqueur
  • 5 ounces champagne chilled
  • Fresh or frozen raspberries optional garnish

Instructions

  • Divide whiskey evenly between two glasses or champagne flutes (1 ½ ounce in each). 
  • Add one ounce of raspberry liqueur to each glass.
  • Top up with chilled champagne and serve immediately (about 2.5 ounces per glass).
  • Garnish with fresh or frozen raspberries, if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy responsibly!

Preparation
To serve a crowd, you can make champagne whiskey pitcher cocktails by combining one bottle of champagne, 1 ½ cup whiskey, and one cup chambord. Serves eight.
I don't recommend making these cocktails ahead of time because the champagne will fall flat.
Modifications
You can get creative with different flavored liqueurs like ginger, orange, blackcurrant, and more, in place of chambord.
