Heat milk to steaming (about 1 minute and 15 seconds in the microwave or four minutes on stovetop over medium heat).
If using tea bags, allow them to steep in the milk for about five minutes then remove.
Use a frothing wand or stir vigorously to dissolve instant chai powder, lavender honey syrup, and vanilla extract in steamed milk and create foam.
Pour lavender chai latte into a mug and carefully enjoy warm.

PreparationYou can make this drink up to three days in ahead of time if you store it in the refrigerator. Just be sure to give it a shake or stir as some separation may occur.If you don't have a frothing wand, aka electric whisk, to mix all the ingredients and create latte foam, you can pulse the mixture in a blender for a similar effect
