Easy summer or fall side dish of baby potatoes oven-baked to be crispy on the outside and buttery on the inside with just a few ingredients and the fresh flavors of lemon, garlic, and chive

1 ½ pounds baby potatoes cut in halves 2 tablespoons melted butter 1 tablespoon olive oil juice of one lemon 1 tablespoon chive roughly chopped 1 clove garlic chopped or minced sea salt to taste black pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Add all ingredients except for chives to a bowl and mix until potatoes are coated.
Spread potatoes in one layer on a baking sheet and bake for about 40 minutes. Garnish with chive before serving.
