Dissolve the matcha powder, cinnamon, and honey in boiling water using a bamboo whisk or frothing wand.
heat milk to steaming (not boiling) then carefully swirl a frothing wand just below the surface of the milk to create foam.
Pour prepared cinnamon matcha blend and steamed milk into a mug and serve warm.

PreparationYou can make a cinnamon matcha up to three days in advance and store in the fridge. Note that some separation is may occur so just stir it up before drinking.
