Rosemary Parmesan roasted potatoes are fragrant, crispy on the outside and buttery on the inside. Most importantly, they're easy to make!

- 10 red potatoes cut into quarters
- ⅓ cup shredded parmesan cheese
- 2 stalks fresh rosemary chopped
- ½ tablespoons dried onion
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- sea salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
- olive oil
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Add all ingredients to a large bowl, Drizzle with olive oil. Toss until potatoes are evenly coated.
Spread in one layer across a non-stick cookie sheet and roast for 45 minutes to an hour, checking occasionally to turn potatoes.
