  • 1 ½ cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 handful baby spinach
  • 1 one-inch knob ginger or 1 ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 ½-2 cup coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon matcha powder
  • 10-12 mint leaves fresh
  • 1 teaspoon honey optional

Instructions

  • Add pineapple chunks, baby spinach, ginger, coconut milk, matcha powder, and mint leaves to blender.
  • Pulse until liquified and uniform (about 45 seconds).
  • Pour smoothie into a glass and enjoy immediately while cold.

Notes

Can I meal prep a matcha green smoothie? For sure and you have options. Make frozen smoothie packs ahead of time then blend just before drinking. This is great for making multiple servings for the whole week. Or you can blend the smoothie up to two days ahead and shake it up before drinking.
