Three easy infused water combinations to help you enjoy drinking more water

Ingredients

  • 64 ounces filtered water
  • blueberries
  • cucumber slices
  • fresh basil leaves
  • fresh mint leaves
  • lemon slices
  • raspberries
  • pineapple chunks
  • watermelon chunks

Instructions

  • Fill a large pitcher (ideally 64 ounce but use less if your pitcher won't hold this much) with water.
  • Add fresh fruits and herbs to your liking. Recommended combinations using the above ingredients are: (1) fresh mint leaves, pineapple chunks (2) cucumber slices, fresh mint leaves, lemon slices or (3) blueberries, fresh basil leaves, raspberries.
  • Place pitcher in fridge and allow to infuse anywhere from 1 to 12 hours before enjoying.
