Three easy infused water combinations to help you enjoy drinking more water

- 64 ounces filtered water
- blueberries
- cucumber slices
- fresh basil leaves
- fresh mint leaves
- lemon slices
- raspberries
- pineapple chunks
- watermelon chunks
Fill a large pitcher (ideally 64 ounce but use less if your pitcher won't hold this much) with water.
Add fresh fruits and herbs to your liking. Recommended combinations using the above ingredients are: (1) fresh mint leaves, pineapple chunks (2) cucumber slices, fresh mint leaves, lemon slices or (3) blueberries, fresh basil leaves, raspberries.
Place pitcher in fridge and allow to infuse anywhere from 1 to 12 hours before enjoying.
