  • Add pear juice, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, and apple cider vinegar to cocktail shaker filled halfway with ice.
  • Seal and shake the cocktail shaker vigorously until chilled to the touch (about 8 seconds).
  • Strain the liquid into a rock glass over fresh ice. Garnish as desired and serve cold.

Notes

Preparation
You can shake up this non-alcoholic pumpkin cocktail up two to three days in advance and refrigerate it. Just be sure to give it another good shake before serving as separation can occur. Don't add ice until ready to serve!
To large batch this drink into a pumpkin punch, add one cup pumpkin puree, two cups pear juice, three ounces maple syrup, one ounce apple cider vinegar, and ½ teaspoon each of cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg to a pitcher over ice. Stir vigorously until combined then serve over fresh ice. Serves four.
