  • 1 ½ cup red dragon fruit
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1 cup mango chunks
  • 1 lime juiced
  • 1 knob of ginger about one inch, peeled
  • 1 ½ cup coconut water
  • 6 mint leaves


  1. Hull (remove leaves from) strawberries and peel skin from knob of ginger.

  2. Add all ingredients to a blender and pulse until smooth and uniform (about one minute).

  3. Enjoy immediately. Extra smoothie can be stored in the refrigerator up to two days but will separate over time. Shake or stir before serving.
