Gin & Tonic with Hibiscus

Ingredients

  • ice
  • 2-3 ounces gin
  • 2 wedges fresh lime
  • 1 wild hibiscus flower in syrup
  • tonic water

Instructions

  1. Fill a highball glass ¾ full with ice.

  2. Add gin to glass then squeeze lime wedges over top before dropping them into the glass.

  3. Place hibiscus flower into glass followed by a bar spoonful of syrup. Top up with tonic.

  4. Stir gently then enjoy responsibly!
