Notes

Smoothie keeps for up to three days in the fridge but contents may separate a bit over time. Just shake vigorously before consuming if this happens.
Can I make this smoothie ahead of time? Yes. In fact, this recipe makes multiple servings. Store in the refrigerator for up to three days.
What substitutions can I make in this recipe? Start with the greens! This creamy green drink is a great way to try new kinds of greens. Have you ever had a green Swiss chard smoothie? What about a green smoothie with arugula? Now is the time to mix it up.
