Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • handful fresh baby spinach
  • one-inch piece fresh ginger, peeled or 1 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 1/2-2 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon matcha powder
  • 10-12 fresh mint leaves
  • 1 teaspoon honey optional

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to blender and pulse until mixture is smooth and uniform.

  2. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
