Ingredients

  • 2 cups pineapple chunks
  • 2-inch piece ginger peeled
  • 1-inch piece turmeric peeled
  • ¾ cup coconut water
  • ½ cup full fat coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon raw honey
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 pinch black pepper

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and pulse until liquified and uniform (just about one minute). Enjoy immediately.
