  • 2 pie crusts you can use pre-made crusts or follow my crust recipe in the notes section below
  • 4 cups leftover or frozen veggies of your choice (such as green beans, carrots, peas, corn)
  • 2 cups leftover gravy
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • black pepper to taste
  • 2 pearl onions, chopped or about ⅛ of an onion, chopped

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Divide turkey, veggies, onion, and garlic in half and add to two 8-inch pie or cake pans.

  2. Add gravy to each pan then sprinkle in black pepper. Mix pie filling ingredients together in each pan.

  3. Top each pan with one pie crust and pinch or tuck in the edges of each. Cut four slits in the center of each crust and brush with egg.

  4. Bake each pie for about thirty minutes or until crust is golden brown.

  5. Let pies set for about thirty minutes before cutting. Cool completely before freezing.
