  • 1 cutting board
  • 1 Blender


  • 2 stalks celery
  • 1 cup cold pineapple juice or coconut water
  • ½ cup pineapple chunks fresh or frozen
  • 1 one-inch piece ginger
  • 1 ½ inch piece turmeric
  • 1 handful kale
  • 1 handful spinach
  • ½ cup blueberries fresh or frozen


  • Chop celery stalks into three inch pieces.
  • Add pineapple juice to blender, followed by pineapple chunks, celery, ginger, turmeric, kale, spinach, and blueberries.
  • Pulse ingredients until mixture is uniform, smooth, and no large pieces remain (about two minutes).
  • Pour smoothie into a glass. Enjoy immediately while still cold.
