Classically fruity crisps made into mini, single servings.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, mix together apple, brown sugar, lemon juice, cinnamon, and nutmeg until apple pieces are well coated. Stir in dried cranberries then set aside.
In another bowl, mix together topping ingredients.
Divide filling between four three-inch ramekins then divide topping over top.
Place ramekins on a baking sheet and bake for 30 to 40 minutes or until topping is golden brown and filling is bubbly.
