Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon raw honey
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 lemon
  • warm water
  • 1 clove garlic optional
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger optional

Instructions

  1. Squeeze juice of 1/2 lemon into a mug then drop in squeezed lemon as well.

  2. Add honey and cayenne.

  3. Top up mug with warm water and stir until all ingredients are dissolved.
