Ingredients
Three or more types of cheeseI used a double creme brie, mimolette, and blue
Seasonal fresh fruit such as apples, grapes, and berries
Nuts
Dried fruits such as raisins, cranberries, or apricots
Crackers and/or sliced bread
Honeyoptional
Instructions
Cut hard and semi-soft cheeses into slices or chunks. Softer cheeses, like blue, can be crumbled, spread onto crackers or just placed out with a knife nearby. Also slice any whole fruits, such as apples.
Place the cheeses on the board in order of flavor strength. I arranged my board from strong (mimolette) on the right, to mild (brie) on the left.
Add the other components near the cheeses with which they would taste best. Apple and brie is a notorious combination, hence, the placement on this board
Have fun with the presentation and make it your own. I added a faux fur table runner and candles (I have an unhealthy number of candles laying around) to complete this setup.
