Pineapple Jalapeño Mimosas

Ingredients

  • 6 ounces pineapple juice chilled
  • 10 ounces champagne chilled
  • 2 fresh jalapeño slices

Instructions

  1. Divide pineapple juice and champagne evenly between two glasses.

  2. Place a jalapeño slice in each glass. 

Recipe Notes

For stronger jalapeno flavor, allow the jalapeno slices to steep in the pineapple juice for at least an hour before making mimosas.
