  • 10 red potatoes cut into quarters
  • cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 2 stalks fresh rosemary chopped
  • ½ tablespoons dried onion
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • sea salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • olive oil


  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Add all ingredients to a large bowl, Drizzle with olive oil. Toss until potatoes are evenly coated.
  2. Spread in one layer across a non-stick cookie sheet and roast for 45 minutes to an hour, checking occasionally to turn potatoes.
