Balsamic Brussels Sprouts with Bacon and Brie

  • 1 ½ pounds Brussels sprouts trimmed and cut in halves
  • ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
  • 6 slices bacon uncooked and chopped
  • 2 ounces Brie cheese chut into half-inch pieces
  • sea salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • olive oil


  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Place in a large bowl and add salt, pepper, vinegar, and olive oil. Toss until well coated. Add bacon.
  3. Spread out evenly in a shallow pan. Roast for about thirty minutes or until lightly browned.
  4. Sprinkle brie on top and stir so that the heat from the sprouts softens the cheese. Serve immediately.
