Easy baked oatmeal with bites of real apple and warm cinnamon flavor.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Thoroughly mix together rolled oats, apple chips, cinnamon, nutmeg, and sea salt in a large bowl.
In a smaller bowl, mix together remaining ingredients until uniform
Add wet mixture to dry mixture and stir until no dry "pockets" remain. Spread mixture into a baking pan. (9" by 9" or 13" x 9")
Bake for about 25 minutes or until top of oatmeal is firm when pressing down on it with your fingers (but not hardened). Cool completely before cutting into squares.
