Cook Time 22 minutes
Total Time 22 minutes
Servings 8 servings

  • 12 ounces brie cheese
  • ¾ cup pecan halves or pieces
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 5 tablespoons butter
  • cup heavy cream

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Coat a small baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Remove top and sides of rind from brie then place brie in a small baking dish and bake for about 22 minutes. Cheese should be melted and bubbly.

  3. In the meantime, use remaining ingredients to make praline sauce. Melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat then add brown sugar and cream, stirring well until uniform.

  4. Bring praline sauce to a boil then simmer for 5 to 10 minutes, allowing sauce to thicken. Remove from heat then stir in pecans.

  5. Once brie is finished baking, pour praline sauce over top and serve with crackers, crusty bread, or berries.
