Rich, buttery praline sauce poured over baked brie cheese makes the perfect dip for crusty bread or crackers.
Remove top and sides of rind from brie then place brie in a small baking dish and bake for about 22 minutes. Cheese should be melted and bubbly.
In the meantime, use remaining ingredients to make praline sauce. Melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat then add brown sugar and cream, stirring well until uniform.
Bring praline sauce to a boil then simmer for 5 to 10 minutes, allowing sauce to thicken. Remove from heat then stir in pecans.
Once brie is finished baking, pour praline sauce over top and serve with crackers, crusty bread, or berries.
