Easy Weeknight Spaghetti Carbonara

  • 1 pound uncooked spaghetti
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese plus more for garnish
  • 12 ounces bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1 ½ cup frozen peas
  • ¼ cup parsley plus more for garnish
  • sea salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste


  1. Cook pasta al dente, drain, and return to pot.
  2. Slowly pour beaten eggs into pasta, stirring and tossing pasta well in order to coat it with the egg and prevent clumps.
  3. Mix in frozen peas, allowing the steam from the pasta to cook them. Mix in remaining ingredients then cover pot and let sit for a few minutes.

  4. Garnish with more parsley and parmesan to serve.
