PB&J Smoothie Bowl
Everyone's favorite sandwich remixed into a PB&J smoothie bowl.

Total Time 5 minutes
- 4 heaping tablespoons peanut butter or nut butter of your choice
- 1 banana cut into chunks
- ½ cup milk I use unsweetened vanilla almond
- handful of ice cubes
- ½ cup blueberries
- 7 strawberries
- 1 teaspoon raw honey (optional)
- nuts and extra berries (optional garnish)
Add "peanut butter" ingredients to a blender and pulse until smooth.
Rinse blender then blend berries and honey together to make the "jelly" then swirl into the bowl.
Add garnishes of your choosing. Enjoy!
