Hot Mess Harvest Dip

Baked brie topped with autumnal bits like chopped apple, cranberries, and pumpkin seeds and drizzled with honey makes for the perfect fall appetizer.

  • 16 ounces brie
  • ½ medium apple chopped into cubes
  • ¼ cup pumpkin seed kernels
  • ¼ cup dried cranberries
  • ¼ cup golden raisins
  • ¼ cup walnut pieces
  • 2 tablespoons honey I used raw, unfiltered honey
  • crackers or bread for dipping


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Slice the top rind of wheel of brie and place wheel in a baking dish.
  2. Bake for about 15 minutes or until melted and bubbly.
  3. Carefully place brie on a serving platter and add honey, then all remaining ingredients over top. Serve warm with bread or crackers for scooping.
