  • 1 large apple cut into cubes
  • 2-3 medium sweet potatoes cut into cubes
  • 3/4 cup raisins
  • 1/4 walnut pieces
  • 6 turkey sausage patties cooked and cut into cubes
  • cinnamon to taste
  • Nutmeg to taste
  • chili powder to taste


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a bowl, mix olive oil, chili powder, and sweet potatoes until coated.
  2. In another bowl, mix apple, cinnamon, and nutmeg until coated.
  3. Combine sweet potatoes, apple, raisins, walnuts, and turkey sausage in a large sheet pan or baking dish and mix until incorporated then spread out mixture in a shallow layer on pan.
  4. Bake for about 40 minutes or until sweet potatoes and apple are tender. Keeps for about a week in the fridge.
