Vanilla Chai Donuts

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cup flour
  • ¾ cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon chai spice
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • teaspoon sea salt
  • 2 eggs
  • ¼ cup milk
  • cup butter melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Whisk dry ingredients (except brown sugar) together in a large bowl.
  2. Add in remaining ingredients and mix until uniform. Batter should be thick.
  3. Spoon batter into a piping bag (or zip-top with one corner snipped off) and pipe into donut pans.
  4. Bake for about 15 minutes or until tops of donuts are firm. Makes 9-10 donuts.
