Shredded chicken breast made easy in a slow cooker with peppers, herbs, and spices

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast
- 1 chipotle pepper sliced
- ½ onion sliced
- ¼ cup fresh cilantro chopped
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 cups chicken broth
- red chili pepper to taste
- black pepper to taste
- sea salt to taste
Add all ingredients to slow cooker and cook on low for 4-6 hours or high for 2-4 hours. Cook times seem to vary depending on manufacturer.
Using two forks, pull and chicken breasts to shred. The meat should shred easily.
