Ingredients
1-1 ½cuporange juice
1handfulspinach
2tablespoonsminced fresh gingerpeeled and minced
1cupcherriespitted, fresh or frozen
1cuppineapple chunksfresh or frozen
Instructions
Add all ingredients, in the order listed, to a blender and pulse until smooth.
Recipe Notes
When using frozen fruit, I find it necessary to use up to 1 ½ cups of liquid in order to get a smooth consistency. When using fresh fruit, only 1 cup is needed.
