Easy Breezy Cherry Pineapple Ginger Smoothie

An easy, naturally-sweet smoothie made with just five ingredients

  • 1-1 ½ cup orange juice
  • 1 handful spinach
  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh ginger peeled and minced
  • 1 cup cherries pitted, fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks fresh or frozen


  1. Add all ingredients, in the order listed, to a blender and pulse until smooth.

Recipe Notes

When using frozen fruit, I find it necessary to use up to 1 ½ cups of liquid in order to get a smooth consistency. When using fresh fruit, only 1 cup is needed.
