Equipment

Ingredients

  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley chopped
  • ¼ cup fresh dill chopped
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro chopped
  • 1 cup avocado oil mayonnaise
  • ¾ cup full fat coconut milk
  • 1 juice of lime
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • sea salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Mince garlic cloves or use a garlic press to crush into very small pieces. The smaller the garlic, the more dispersed the flavor will be throughout the dressing.
  • Chop fresh parsley, dill, and cilantro to your preferred texture (rough or fine).
  • Add minced garlic, chopped herbs, mayonnaise, coconut milk, lime juice, and onion powder in a bowl and mix until uniform.
  • Add sea salt and black pepper to taste.
  • Refrigerate finished dressing in a sealed container to store. Keeps for up to two weeks.

Notes

Substitutions
  • Use pre-chopped garlic and herbs to save even more time. You only need 10 minutes to bring everything together but this little shortcut shaves off even more precious time.
Storage
  • Store homemade ranch in the refrigerator in a sealed container. Without any added preservatives, this is the best way to extend the life of your dressing. It keeps for up to two weeks this way!
  • Stir or shake it up before each use. Because there are no fillers or binders, some separation can occur.
