Mince garlic cloves or use a garlic press to crush into very small pieces. The smaller the garlic, the more dispersed the flavor will be throughout the dressing.
Chop fresh parsley, dill, and cilantro to your preferred texture (rough or fine).
Add minced garlic, chopped herbs, mayonnaise, coconut milk, lime juice, and onion powder in a bowl and mix until uniform.
Add sea salt and black pepper to taste.
Refrigerate finished dressing in a sealed container to store. Keeps for up to two weeks.
Notes
Substitutions
Use pre-chopped garlic and herbs to save even more time. You only need 10 minutes to bring everything together but this little shortcut shaves off even more precious time.
Storage
Store homemade ranch in the refrigerator in a sealed container. Without any added preservatives, this is the best way to extend the life of your dressing. It keeps for up to two weeks this way!
Stir or shake it up before each use. Because there are no fillers or binders, some separation can occur.
