  • 1 ½ cup red dragon fruit
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1 cup mango chunks
  • 1 lime juiced
  • 1 knob of ginger about one inch, peeled
  • 1 ½ cup coconut water
  • 6 mint leaves

Instructions

  • Hull (remove leaves from) strawberries and peel skin from knob of ginger.
  • Add all ingredients to a blender and pulse until smooth and uniform (about one minute).
  • Enjoy immediately. Extra smoothie can be stored in the refrigerator up to two days but will separate over time. Shake or stir before serving.
