Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Spray a sheet pan with non-stick oil and set aside.
In a small bowl, combine the zest and juice from one lemon with melted butter (or olive oil), black pepper, crushed red pepper, garlic powder, and sea salt. Stir until uniform.
Add shrimp to bowl of lemon pepper sauce and mix with a spoon or your hands until evenly coated.
Divide shrimp into four equal portions and thread each portion onto a skewer. Place each skewer onto prepared sheet pan.
Place sheet pan on top rack of oven. Cook for about six minutes or until shrimp are a deep orange/coral color and no longer translucent.
