Summer Fruit Smoothie with Cayenne

Ingredients

  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 medium-sized peach
  • 1 cup frozen cherries pitted
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 2 handfuls baby spinach leaves
  • 1 two-inch piece fresh ginger peeled
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut peach into chunks and discard pit.

  2. Add spinach to blender, followed by cherries, peach, blueberries, ginger, orange juice, turmeric, and cayenne.

  3. Blend on high setting until completely liquefied and uniform in color. Serve immediately.
