Using a whisk or large fork, mix all ingredients except for chicken in a bowl until uniform to make marinade.
Place chicken breast in a large zip-top bag and pour in marinade.
Place bag on countertop or in refrigerator and allow chicken to marinate and thaw for at least three hours.
When ready to cook, remove chicken breasts from bag and cook on heated grill for about 10 minutes. Flip and cook an additional 8-10 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
Allow chicken to rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing/serving.
