  • 12 ounces triple creme brie
  • 4 ounces pecan halves or pieces
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 5 tablespoons butter
  • 1/3 cup heavy cream

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Coat a small baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Remove top and sides of rind from brie. Place brie in a small baking dish and bake for about 22 minutes. Cheese should be melted and bubbly.

  3. In the meantime, use remaining ingredients to make praline sauce. Melt butter in a small saucepan over medium-low heat. Add brown sugar and cream, stirring well until uniform.

  4. Bring to a boil then simmer for 5 to 10 minutes, allowing sauce to thicken. Turn off heat then stir in pecans.
  5. Pour sauce over hot cheese and serve with crackers, bread, etc.
