PB&J Smoothie Bowl

Everyone's favorite sandwich remixed into a PB&J smoothie bowl.

"Peanut Butter"

  • 4 heaping tablespoons peanut butter or nut butter of your choice
  • 1 banana cut into chunks
  • 1/2 cup milk I use unsweetened vanilla almond
  • handful of ice cubes


  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 7 strawberries
  • 1 teaspoon raw honey (optional)
  • nuts and extra berries (optional garnish)


  1. Add "peanut butter" ingredients to a blender and pulse until smooth.
  2. Rinse blender then blend berries and honey together to make the "jelly" then swirl into the bowl.
  3. Add garnishes of your choosing. Enjoy!
