  • 2 tablespoons raw dark cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons almond butter or nut butter of your choice
  • 1 banana broken into chunks
  • 1 cup milk I use unsweetened almond milk
  • ice
  • sliced almonds (optional garnish)


  1. Add all ingredients to blender and pulse until smooth.
