Add all ingredients to a food processor and process on high until smooth.
As necessary, pause the food processor and scrape down the sides of the bowl a couple of times in order to ensure a smooth, uniform mixture with no big chunks. I recommend using a rubber spatula for this.
Enjoy immediately as a soft-serve dessert or freeze for at least three hours for firmer scoops.
